If a transaction failed and money is deducted from your account please contact us for a refund or re-order.
Most of the goods we are selling are exempt from being returned and refund due to Perishable goods, that are food items, fruits and vegetables, flowers, etc. so we do not offer a full refund or exchange on sold and delivered products.
